Loved the room and location. The breakfast at any time super convenient. The white chocolate martinis great also. The bed and sheets super comfy. We were in room 16 our friends room 15. I plan on staying here next time also. Our door opened up on charlotte street.. little noisy but everything else made up for that.

The good outweighed the bad just slightly. The good: LOCATION, staff friendliness, free martini and breakfast each day - in that order. The bad: shower was the absolute worst I’ve ever used, bed was lumpy, and poor aesthetics. The place has been run through. The owners have zero pride of ownership evident by the atrocious condition of the decor and quality of the renovations. It is entirely possible we got the worst room they had. I would rather not stay here again. The easy location was the best part. Cleanliness was subpar - many months or years have passed since they cleaned behind anything. We were disappointed in the room, but made the best of it.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. You can't beat the location and the inn itself is so nice. It was all decorated for Halloween and they did such a good job making it feel spooky. I absolutely loved it. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was incredible. The complimentary breakfast was good the the free nightly drinks even better. Parking was a bit confusing but worth the effort once we figured it out. The area has quite the nightlife but it didn't interrupt our sleep but maybe some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. I think staying anywhere in that area you'd notice some level of partying outside. But to me it just adds to the experience. We loved our stay so much that we booked the same room #12 for our anniversary next year.

We stayed in room 13 for 3 nights. I love that it's so close to everything! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful! They make you feel right at home! We loved sitting on the porch and watching people go by as well as horse and carriages! The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices! And the martinis were perfect! We will stay again!

The bedroom area of the room was extremely small and difficult to use. The bathroom was also very small and limited. The room exited to the back lot where workers were working early in the morning. The door included a very weak lock.

Hotel has a quaint and historic charm. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was provided and clear instructions were given to access the parking. A nice sitting room was included in the room.

Great location. Near Trolley stop and short walk to shops. Mattress was very comfortable. AC worked great, and provided soft “white” noise. No bothersome sounds from above or beside us, and we were next to the restaurant and check-in areas. Large TV with tons of channels. Food and service in the restaurant were very good. We arrived early in the day and paid for parking ($10) in a lot very close to the back side of the inn. We left the car in that lot until we checked in, since it was so close, and walking there with our luggage was easy. After check-in we drove our car to the overnight assigned area, which was only about a block and a half away from the inn. Easy to find with their map. I would definitely stay here again.
